Vanilla Ice Cream
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint half and half
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract or Madagascar
Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
1/8 teaspoon
salt
Mix
all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill until ready
to use. Follow manufacturer's directions to churn and freeze ice
cream. Note: to enhance all flavors of ice cream, add 2 teaspoons
of Pure Vanilla Extract to a quart of your recipe. Organic Vanilla
from Nielsen-Massey Vanillas can also be used in place of the
regular extract.
