Vanilla Salad Dressing

2 T. Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract
½ cup corn oil
Salt, pepper to taste
1 T. chopped chives

Mix ingredients together in order. Pour over tossed salad. Makes enough for one or two small salads.
