Moroccan Mojito

10 mint sprigs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-2 cardamom pods
1 tablespoon light rum
1 tablespoon dark rum
1 teaspoon triple sec
4-5 drops Nielsen-Massey Rose Water
Crushed ice
Club soda
Using a muddler, mash mint leaves, sugar and lime juice in a glass. Remove cardamom seeds from pods & crush into a fine powder using a mortar & pestle and add to glass. Next add light and dark rums, triple sec and rose water. Stir, then fill glass with crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a rose!
