Lemon Vanilla Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients
15 ½ ounces sugar
5 ½ cups water
9 ounces coconut milk
¼ teaspoon coconut flavor
¼ teaspoon NMV Pure Lemon Extract
1/8 teaspoon NMV Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation Method
In a medium sauce pan, mix the water and sugar; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let mixture cool. Refrigerate syrup mixture for about 20 minutes. Add coconut milk, coconut flavor, lemon extract and vanilla extract; stir to blend. Then add mixture to a sorbet machine and follow manufacturer’s directions.
