||Indonesian Pure Vanilla
Because the cultivation and curing process of Indonesian vanilla beans differs from that of the other regions, the resulting flavor, achieved through our proprietary cold extraction process, has a sharp, almost earthy taste. Use it on its own or in conjunction with other vanillas, especially in high-heat applications.
Available in one-, two-, three- and four-fold strengths in one-gallon jugs (4 to a case) and 30- and 55-gallon drums. This product is Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified as well as All-Natural and Allergen-Free.
Ingredients: Water, Corn Alcohol, Cane Sugar, Vanilla Bean Extractives.
