NIELSEN-MASSEY NAMES DAN FOX DIRECTOR OF SALES

WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS - (November 3, 2000) - Nielsen-Massey Vanillas International announces the appointment of Mr. Dan Fox as Director of Sales. Mr. Fox will act as the direct contact between Nielsen-Massey's domestic brokers and their international agents.

Headquartered in the Waukegan office, Mr. Fox will spend a great deal of time traveling and being active on the trade show circuit. The new Director of Sales has extensive experience in the food industry, on both the processor and supplier sides of the business. He was most recently National Sales Manager for Guernsey Bel, Chicago, Illinois. He is a member of IFT and on the Marketing and Trade Committee of the International Association of Food Industry Suppliers (IAFIS).

"I am very very excited about joining Nielsen-Massey. They are the pre-eminent suppliers of vanillas in the world," says Mr. Fox of his new position.

Mr. Fox lives in Elgin, Illinois, with his wife, Dawn and three-year-old son Connor, who enjoys playing and reading with his Dad.
