NEXT GENERATION TAKES OWNERSHIP AT NIELSEN-MASSEY VANILLAS

WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS - (October 16, 2006) - Nielsen-Massey Vanillas, purveyors of the world’s finest vanilla products and fine flavorings, has announced that as of July 31, 2006, the company is under new ownership.

True to its name, it is and will remain a family owned business. Camilla Nielsen’s three children; Craig, Beth and Matt Nielsen, have proudly taken ownership of the company.
