WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS - (May 7, 2006) - Nielsen-Massey Vanillas, world renowned experts in Pure Vanillas and other flavors, announces the introduction of its latest creation: Pure Coffee Extract. The product will be featured at the Spring Fancy Food Show in Chicago, booth #5808.

New Pure Coffee Extract is like a cup of joe in a bottle!

This new product captures the essence of fresh brewed java in an easy-to-use extract. What a way to get the flavor of a cup of joe! Use the mellow coffee flavor to accentuate the flavor of chocolate, to add nuances to vanilla, and to complement everything from hot chocolate to tomato sauce!

Nielsen-Massey uses pure botanicals in an alcohol base to produce extractives that deliver premium taste and aroma.
