The refreshingly aromatic Orange Blossom Water is made from a distillate of the Seville bitter orange, available only from Spain and the Middle East. Orange Blossom Water is traditionally added to Persian, Arabic, Indian and Turkish dishes, adding delicious flavoring to custards and puddings, cakes and cookies, candies and other confections. It also adds an exotic touch to green salads when used in vinaigrette dressings.

Orange Blossom Fruit Salad
Serves: 4—6

1 apple cored and peeled, medium dice
2 cups fresh pineapple, medium dice
2 Clementine tangerines, peeled and sectioned
1 ½ cups green seedless grapes
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Orange Blossom Water
1 (8 oz) container, fruit flavored yogurt

Combine ingredients and serve on a bed of fresh greens.
